fce4905987 Implement and use new DesktopCapturer APIs in WebRTC 
This change replaces all GetWindowList / GetScreenList with GetScreenList,
SelectWindow / SelectScreen with SelectSource, and BringSelectedWindowToFront
with FocusOnSelectedSource in WebRTC.

e183121657 Enable clang style plugin in webrtc/modules/desktop_capture 
Enabled the plugin and cleaned up all issues it found, mainly virtual
destructors not being marked as override.

4485ffb58d #include "webrtc/base/constructormagic.h" where appropriate 
Any file that uses the RTC_DISALLOW_* macros should #include
"webrtc/base/constructormagic.h", but a shocking number of them don't.
This causes trouble when we try to wean files off of #including
scoped_ptr.h, since a bunch of files get their constructormagic macros
only from there.

Rather than fixing these errors one by one as they turn up, this CL
simply ensures that every file in the WebRTC tree that uses the
RTC_DISALLOW_* macros #includes "webrtc/base/constructormagic.h".

3a6bf2d68b Enable full screen windows to be shown in window picker for mac. Before this patch a full screen window can be shared if sharing is started before the window is entered into full screen mode, but not if it's already in full screen.

3c089d751e Add RTC_ prefix to contructormagic macros. 
We must remove dependency on Chromium, i.e. we can't use Chromium's base/logging.h. That means we need to define these macros in WebRTC also when doing Chromium builds. And this causes redefinition.

* DISALLOW_ASSIGN -> RTC_DISALLOW_ASSIGN
* DISALLOW_COPY_AND_ASSIGN -> RTC_DISALLOW_COPY_AND_ASSIGN

54adb28e89 mac: Explicitly redeclare methods only available on 10.7+. 
When compiling against an OSX 10.7+ SDK, explicitly redeclare methods only
available from an OSX 10.7+ SDK. This suppresses the clang warning
-Wpartial-availability, which will be turned on in the future.

12b4efefdd Implement a work around for Chrome full-screen tab switch on Mac. 
Chrome creates a new window in full-screen and minimizes the old window when a tab is switched to full-screen.
We try to find the new window to continue capturing for window sharing.

88fbb2d86b Switch to using base/constructormagic.h and remove system_wrappers/interface/constructor_magic.h. 
Same as https://webrtc-codereview.appspot.com/19519004. The issue in
http://chromegw.corp.google.com/i/internal.chromium.webrtc.fyi/builders/Linux...
is solved by this change

7d055a6e63 Revert r5937 "Fix multi-monitor support in the screen capturer for Mac." 
This would break when rolled in chromium because some code in
chromium depends on the code I changed in that change.

so that it can be shared with the cursor monitor when single monitor capturing

This Cl should have no functionality change.
