tkchin 0ce3bf9cc4 Fix lock behavior on RTCAudioSession.

In addition:
- Introduces RTCAudioSessionTest
- iOS/Mac gtests now have an autoreleasepool
- Moves ScopedAutoreleasePool to rtc_base_approved
- Introduces route change button in AppRTCDemo
